Iโm interested to self-deliver! What do I have to do next?
When you receive a new booking request, tap the booking card.
There are 2 options, Delivery agent or Self-deliver for both Deliver (to the Guest) and Return (collect from the Guest).
You can choose to Self-deliver for Deliver and Return or either one. For simplicityโs sake, weโll refer to both Deliver (Host > Guest) and Return (Guest > Host) as Delivery.
When delivering the car, you can keep your Guest updated by informing them at least 1-2 hours before the booking starts.
On the app, youโll be able to update the delivery status or progress by tapping โStartโ. The Guest will be able to view that status as well such as โYour Host will be picking up the carโ or โYour Host is on the way to pick up the carโ.
Under Your earnings section, youโll see that the Self-Delivery Incentive is added as well. Do note that although the app is showing the total, youโll still receive 2 separate payment advice.
Note
Fuel and toll charges incurred during self-delivery are to be borne by the Host.
Ensure that you do a thorough inspection and take photos of your car at the start of the booking.
Verify the Guest when you meet them. Report any suspicious activity via live chat.
