This form can only be used to submit requests to update the following:

  • Listing’s Daily Rate

  • Listing’s Location (only for listing address)

  • Listing’s Insurance cover note

  • Listing’s road tax

  • TREVO Track status

  • Select or change TREVO Shield plan

  • Account related (Blocked or suspended)

  • Request a callback from a Supply Consultant

Requests will be processed within 2-3 business days.

Note: You can request to set your Daily Rate within the minimum and maximum range only. The lowest Daily Rate you can set is RM60/day.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • For bulk updates (2 or more listings), Hosts can select the “Update more than 2 listings” option.

  • All requests will be processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Cut-off time is 5pm. Requests after 5pm will be processed from the next business day.

  • Only the latest submission per listing will be followed up on.

  • Changes can only be made if the Host name, registered email address, last 4 digits of NRIC, listing registration number match the details on our database.

    Host will be contacted if further verification is required.

    No changes allowed to be made if the Host cannot be verified.

  • You will be notified via email if your request is successful or unsuccessful. You will also get an email or call if we need further information.

  • No. Requests to update your listing’s daily rate, location or uploading a new road tax as well as insurance cover note must be done via the Host Request Form.

  • For accidents and emergencies cases that are not related to updating your listing’s daily rate, location or uploading a new road tax as well as insurance cover note, contact Customer Service via live chat for assistance.
