HOW TO BECOME A SUPERHOST
Every new quarter, we will review your past quarter’s performance to check if you’ve met the criteria. If you do, you’ll be awarded Superhost status and access to the Superperks.

10+ Completed Trips
Superhosts need to have at least 10 completed Trips in the past quarter. Our Guests will feel confident booking with experienced Hosts.

90% Acceptance Rate
As a Superhost, you are expected to accept at least 90% of your booking requests. Guests expect their requests to be accepted if the calendar is open.

4.8 Guest Ratings
Superhosts provides outstanding hospitality and excellent service to their Guests. With a high average rating, Guests know that they will be in good hands.

We will review your performance on a monthly basis. If you fail to meet the minimum requirements in the previous month, your Superhost status and benefits may be revoked.
