Q: How do I become a TREVO host?
A: Download the TREVO app, create an account, complete verification, list your car, and start earning.
Q: How much can I earn?
A: You set your own daily rate. TREVO takes a 25% marketplace commission (+ 8% SST on the commission). Your earnings depend on your car type, location, and availability.
Q: Is my car eligible?
A: Most cars in good condition with valid road tax and insurance can be listed. Cars under 10 years old tend to get more bookings.
Insurance and Protection
Q: What happens if my car is damaged?
A: TREVO Shield (powered by Allianz) covers damage during the sharing period. Your tier determines your coverage level and excess.
Q: Do I need my own insurance?
A: Yes, you need valid comprehensive insurance. TREVO Shield is an additional layer of protection during sharing periods.
Payments
Q: How do I get paid?
A: Payments are processed through the TREVO app and deposited to your linked bank account.
Q: When do I get paid?
A: Payouts are processed after each completed booking. Processing time depends on your bank.
Operations
Q: What if I need my car back unexpectedly?
A: You can set your availability in the app. If a guest has already booked, contact TREVO support for assistance.
Q: Who pays for fuel?
A: Guests are responsible for fuel. They return the car with the same fuel level as pickup.
