What’s Dynamic Pricing?
Dynamic Pricing will automatically increase your listing’s base Daily Rate to up to 15% based on the demand during certain days or periods.
For example, if your base Daily Rate is RM100, Dynamic Pricing will increase the rate to RM110 on weekends and RM115 during festive seasons. On other days, the Daily Rate will revert to RM100.
What are the factors that will trigger Dynamic Pricing for my listings?
Your listing is high in demand
Your listing is located in a high-demand area
1-day bookings (starting from 5 April 2023)
Peak days or seasons i.e. weekends, school holidays, festive seasons (Chinese New Year, Raya, Christmas, Deepavali etc.)

My listing(s) doesn’t seem to have Dynamic Pricing applied to it
As we’re currently in the pilot stage, Dynamic Pricing will only apply to selected listings in selected areas on weekends.
Will Dynamic Pricing reduce my base Daily Rate as well?
No. Dynamic Pricing will only increase your base Daily Rate by a certain percentage. Your base Daily Rate will not be reduced. For example, if your base Daily Rate is RM100, Dynamic Pricing will increase the rate to RM110 on weekends and RM115 during festive seasons.
What’s the difference between Dynamic Pricing and Price Surge?
Dynamic Pricing automatically increases selected car listing’s daily rate based on the demand.
Price Surge applies to all car listings during a fixed period of time for like during high peak season. After that the rate will revert to normal.
Why is Dynamic Pricing and Price Surge important?
We want Hosts to maximise their potential earnings as much as possible during peak seasons and reduce the need to contact live chat to adjust their listing’s Daily Rate.
