Post-Trip checklist
Check for damages, fines, summons etc.
After every Trip, make sure to report all discrepancies/reimbursements during the check-out process. You can do this in the Report An Issue option on the app.
These costs include fines, summons, tolls, and cleaning costs. Reimbursements need to be reported within 48 hours after the car has been returned.
Hosts are responsible for checking for summons incurred during the trip. Hosts can check on the relevant authority’s website i.e. JPJ, DBKL, MyEG.
Take pictures of your car post-Trip and conduct a thorough inspection
Report any damages to the car during the closing inspection and include the pictures that you have taken at teh beginning of the trip to support your claim. Without them, your claim will be rejected.
