TREVO Track (GPS Tracker)
Unlike sharing houses, cars move, and we want to know where it is when Guests need our help, we have TREVO Track where Hosts can opt-in for high-accuracy location tracking. It will be as if your car has never left.
Update 30 August 2022: It is compulsory for all listed vehicles on TREVO to be equipped with a GPS device from 1 October 2022. Hosts can opt for their own device OR opt for a TREVO Track device.
Opt for TREVO Track between 1 September - 30 September 2022: The monthly fee of RM15 will be waived until 30 September 2023.
Opt for TREVO Track on and after 1 October 2022: A monthly fee of RM15 will apply to Shield 75 plan. The monthly fee will be waived for Shield 60 and Shield 65.

What is the process for getting TREVO Track?
Here’s the detailed step-by-step guide on acquiring TREVO Track for your car:
On the TREVO app, go to “Host”.
Tap “Cars” and tap any of your listing.
Tap “Customise car”.
Tap “TREVO Track”.
Tap “Request for TREVO Track”.
Select payment method.
Select delivery address.
Tap “Proceed”.
Refundable deposit
An RM180 refundable deposit applies and will be charged to your chosen payment method. The amount will be refunded when the device is returned in a good condition.
Monthly subscription fee
A RM15 monthly fee per device will be charged to Hosts via Host Earnings deduction for Shield 75 plan. Shield 60 and Shield 65 enjoy free monthly subscription.
Delivery
Please allow 7 to 14 days for the delivery of the tracker. Our team will be in touch with you to coordinate the delivery.
Returning TREVO Track
If you change your mind regarding TREVO Track, please contact Customer Support via live chat. We will advise you of the return address. Depending on the condition of the device when it is returned to us, we will refund the RM180 deposit to you.

There are 2 options :
1. If you have opted for TREVO Track, we will provide you with the instructions when your device arrives at your shipping address.
2. Utilise your own GPS tracker: You will need to place the GPS in your car at your own discretion.

Yes, Host can use the previous GPS tracker. However, his/her GPS installed in the previous car will need to be 'cancelled' and the deposit will be refunded. Contact Customer Support via live chat.
Host will also need to raise a TREVO Track request under the new listing/car and the deposit will be charged again. This is meant for our record and audit purposes.

It will usually take up to 14 working days for us to deliver your TREVO Track device.
If you have opted for TREVO Track, we will provide you with the instructions when your device arrives at your shipping address.

No. You will have to contact us to do this. However, we can only do so when your car is reported as missing or has not been returned by the Guest for a period of time.
