How much does TREVO charge Hosts?
With a clear understanding of TREVO’s fees—what they are and why we have them in the first place—you can set a pricing strategy that makes sense for you and your listing.
How much does TREVO charge?
Most Hosts are charged a minimum 25% Marketplace Commission of their booking. The booking total is your daily rate times the number of days booked. There is also a 8% SST imposed on the Marketplace Commission.
So if you are charging RM100 daily for a 3-day booking, your booking total is RM300. A minimum of 25% (RM75)—which is based on the TREVO Shield plan you selected for your listing—will be deducted from your earnings as part of the Marketplace Commission. A 8% SST (RM6) will be imposed on the Marketplace Commission (RM75). Therefore, your take-home earnings will be RM219.

Where can I see how much my earnings will be?
You can view the total daily rate paid by the Guest on the bookings details page when you receive and accept a booking.
Once a booking is completed, you can view the earnings from the booking after the Marketplace Commission and SST deductions under the Your Earnings section (Account > Payments > Your Earnings).
Details of your monthly earnings will be sent to you via email, typically within the first or second week of the following month. There, you can view the breakdown of your earnings from your listings.
